How Do I Place Orders?

Once you have found an item you would like, choose which options you would like, choose the quantity you would like and click on the "Add To Cart" button.

You will be directed to your Shopping Basket. Please take a moment to verify your purchase. You can then check out or continue to shop.

Once you check out, just follow the directions for the required information.

 

What Are My Options For Payment?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card. No fax or phone orders will be accepted.

 

Will I Receive A Confirmation Of My Order?

Yes! You will recieve a Confirmation Email within 24hours of placing your order.

Is My Credit Card Information Secure?

Yes! All information is encripted and collected by our secure server once entered by you. See Our Privacy Policy

 

Can You Ship To Post Office Box?

No! We can only ship to a building street address. Its the only way to verify you received your order.

 

Do You Ship Outside The Continental United States?

Currently No! Some items may be availible for shipment outside the continental USA. Email us your selection and ship to address and we send you an answer within 24 hours.

 

How Long Must I wait To Recieve My Order?

Deliveries take between 2 and 3 weeks. Most orders are delivered quicker however. The size of the item may play a role in the actual delivery time.

 

Is Any Assembly Required When I Receive My Order.

Some larger items may require some simple assembly. This is necessary so the item may be shipped via ground shipments rather than the more expensive freight delivery. All hardware and instructions will be included if assembly is required.

 

Do I Have To Pay Sales Tax?

No! Our office state does not require sales tax collection.

 

What If I need To Return Something?

  • All returns must receive a RMA number from us prior to return shipment.
  • If you received a defective item or the item is not what was ordered, notify us within 7 days and we will replace it with a new one.
  • Returns for any other reason will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
  • All returned items must be in the original box and packaging materials must be in resalable condition.
  • Returns must include all parts, accesories, instruction manuals, etc.
  • No returns will be accepted after product assembly or used.
  • Return credit will not be issued for damaged or used products. NO EXCEPTIONS!
  • The buyer (you) is responsible for all return shipping cost.
  • Shipping fees are not refundable. 

 

Can I Cancel My Order?

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing order.

If your order has been shipped at the time of cancellation there is a 20% restocking fee plus a 2 way shipping fee.
